Here's how the CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS WORKS...

STEP 1 – Know Your Fabric Colors
Tell us your color scheme and we can provide fabric/pattern suggestions or you can provide us with a fabric/pattern that you found. You can also physically provide us with the fabric of your choice, or we can order it for you. You can also choose from our limited supply of in-stock fabrics on our web store.

STEP 2 – Know Your Size and Style
Do you want a throw, lumbar, or both? Vanity Stool? Bed Bench?
What size(s)? How many?
Our lumbar pillows come in two standard sizes. 13”x24” or 11”x17”. Our throws come in the following standard sizes: 12” 16” 18” 20” and 24”. We will make your pillows any size, however, any size other than our standard sizes will incur an irregular fee of $5. Any throw over 20 inches is considered oversized, and will incur an additional $5 oversize fee.
Our vanity bench is made of whitewood and comes in one standard size. 16”x16”x20”
Our bed bench is made of whitewood and comes in one standard size. 17”x29”x20”H

STEP 3 – Create Your Design
What accessories (if any) do you want your pillows or bench/stool to have? Do you want your throw(s) with an insert pillow or Poly-fil? All lumbar pillows are Poly-fil. We offer a variety of standard accents and accessories at an additional cost. Here’s what we offer: invisible zippers, envelope openings, tufting, fabric buttons, piping, flanged edges, fringe, furniture tacks, and tassels. You can request other items at an additional cost.
What height legs do you want for your bench? Our legs come in two standard sizes. 7.5” or 11.5”
What color stain do you want your legs? We have two standard color stains.
We can also paint your legs at an additional cost.

STEP 4 – Place Your Order
All custom orders require a 20% nonrefundable deposit. Our standard delivery time for custom orders is 7-10 calendar days. Most orders are completed sooner. Remaining balance is due upon completion of the order. Any custom order not picked up within 5 days of completion will incur a $5 per day storage fee. Any order not picked up within 10 days of completion will be forfeited, and becomes the property of CUSCINO for public sale.
